The Sanzovo Graziano Winery is located in the picturesque Italian wine growing region of Valdobbiadene DOCG below the Alpine areas of Veneto.

The Sanzovo Graziano Winery is located in the picturesque Italian wine growing region of Valdobbiadene DOCG below the Alpine areas of Veneto of the Treviso Provence, specifically in the Valdobbiadene Bigolino hills. This region provides an ideal climate for cool varieties of grape, perfect for producing Prosecco.

Mansueto Sanzovo founded the family-owned company in 1950initially on just a small plot of land. Mansueto began growing grapes using traditionalmethods associated at that time for wine making. Traditional tools were also used including the wine press and wooden vats, as part of the transformation process of grapes into wine.

Over the years the company continually increased its production and in the early 1990s Graziano, the son of Mansueto Sanzovo, took leadership of the company and his father's work. Grazianopersisted with the traditions already adoptedwhilst improvedthe systems with new technology, including a pneumatic press for pressing the grapes and concrete barrels for wine fermentation and storage.

In 2013 Graziano Sanzovo’s sons, Carlo and Fabio,joined their forefathers and commenced workwithin the company. Carlo and Fabio brought passion and innovation to the winery their grandfather had founded and whilst maintaining sympathy to the roots, ethos and values of the company they introduced modern systems of vine growing and wine making of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG.

White sparkling wine cultivated from Glera grapes specially selected from the hills of Valdobbiadeneand nurtured into sparkling wine in accordance with the Charmat Method by using autoclaves.
This involves a slow second fermentation at low temperature (15°C-16°C) which enhances the characteristics of this grape variety featuring a fine and persistent perlage.
A wide range of fine fruity fragrances with hints of green apple, citrus and fresh herb.
On the palate this wine is dry and balanced in its lively freshness.
This sparkling wine is excellent with fish dishes or with all courses.

On the palate this wine is dry and balanced in its lively freshness.
The beautiful balance of this wine makes it excellent as an aperitif, with fish dishes or any traditional dishes originating from the production area.

"CODOLÀ" - NATURAL FERMENTATION SPARKLING WINE

Main Features:
White sparkling wine cultivated from Glera grapes and fashioned in accordance with the traditional method of natural fermentation, this method gives the wine unique characteristics.
Using a decanter method to separate the natural lees, the wine has a bright straw-like golden yellow colour with clear and lively bubbles.
An elegant and complex bouquet of typical fruity aromaswith hints of bread crust, that constantly evolves as a result of contact with the yeast.
On the palate this wine is freshwith pleasant sharp tones and a dry taste.
A full-bodied wine but highly digestible which is suitable for any social occasion or simply whilst eating salami and local cheeses.
